Comprehensive Operational Analysis


Overview


Greenway Public Transportation is conducting a Comprehensive Operational Analysis (COA), an in-depth review of the transportation system, to identify and prioritize projects and needed improvements. Greenway Public Transportation is working with its team members, advisory boards, Metropolitan Planning Organizations (MPO), community leaders, transit riders, and area residents to gather meaningful input and gain an understanding of the transportation needs in the community.

Anticipated Schedule

March 2024: The study team will collect findings on the existing conditions and ask the community to give feedback on their priorities and goals. 


 


April/May 2024: The study team will present the recommendations and ask the community to comment prior to the adoption of the plan.
