Dial-A-Ride Van Service is available in the counties of Alexander, Burke, Caldwell, and Catawba. Advanced notice is required to ride this service. Bus Ticket Sales
Individual tickets, 7 day passes and 30 day passes may be purchased at the Greenway Transit Center located at 285 1st Ave SW, Hickory, NC 28602. The hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m (closed from 12:00 p.m. 1:00 p.m.).

In observance of the following holidays Western Piedmont Regional Transit Authority operating as Greenway Public Transportation will be closed on the following days:
